I attended Le Cordon Bleu Paris, where I received Le Grande Diplome. This is a Superior level Cuisine and Patisserie Degree. My internships were completed at 3* Michelin Le Meurice and Pre Catelan restaurants in Paris, France. The past 13 years have been spent working on super yachts travelling around the world, catering to ultra high net worth and celebrity clients. This has given me a unique cooking skill set in world-wide cuisines.
For the whole of my career, I found myself constantly being asked to cook for dietary requirements based on health concerns. Through my research, I taught myself Gluten-free, Keto, Vegetarian and Vegan, reduced saturated-fat and reduced-sugar diets. This led me to further my studies at The Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. In January 2024 I graduated with a Diploma in Natural Nutrition. During my studies, I realized the growing need for preventative health care through food, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations.
I am a happily married mother of two beautiful girls. Living in Sauble Beach, Ontario. We travel often, especially to New Zealand, my husband's home country. I enjoy cooking for my family and friends, testing recipes, and hosting gatherings in our home. My passion for physical fitness has me walking or hiking daily, while also incorporating strength training, and yoga. Learning how to garden and enjoy the challenge of adapting to nature, has been a new interest. Connecting with our community, helping with my daughter's activities, and teaching cooking classes at our local community center has recently rooted me.
